Roman A. Groch

Work Experience:
Roman runs a Human Business Serving People based on the 4 Way Test and has been advising clients in Welland and surrounding areas since 1998. His continuous focus and full commitment has been on professional financial planning. In the three previous years, he was a financial advisor with a St. Catharines, Ontario based firm. Prior to this from the beginning of his financial career in 1989, Roman was employed by a major Canadian Trust Company as an internal branch manager with responsibilities for products and services in investment and credit.

Education:
Roman received the internationally recognized Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 1999.

In 2006, Roman earned the Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA) designation and subsequently completed DundeeWealth's Certified Portfolio Engineer Program (CPE). Together with the Canadian Securities Course and the Level II Insurance qualifications, Roman is a Financial Advisor through Dundee Private Investors Inc. and an Insurance Advisor with Dundee Insurance Agency Ltd. providing estate planning services and solutions.

As graduate of McMaster University, Roman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Roman is fluent in both English and Slavic languages.

Associations:
Roman is a member of the Canadian Institute of Financial Planners (CIFP), and is the Past President of the Welland Hospital Foundation. Roman is Past President of the Rotary Club of Welland and he is recognized as a Rotary Multiple Paul Harris Fellow (PHF and +8) as well as a Rotary Bequest Society Member. Roman is actively involved with the Welland Soccer Club in supporting their Soccer Program.

Tina L. DiStefano

Work Experience:
Tina began working with Roman in 2006. She has two years of experience as a Personal Support Worker, eight years in office administration and management, as well as three years as a Customer Service Representative with a major Canadian Trust Company.

Education:
Having completed the Life License Qualifying Program, Tina is a Licensed Assistant through Dundee Private Investors Inc. and Dundee Insurance Agency Ltd.

Tina is a graduate of Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology with a diploma in Office Administration.

K. Umit Eruysal, CFP®, CHS
Certified Financial Planner

Work Experience:
Umit held various executive positions in several international hotel/restaurant chains within Europe, Central Asia and North America prior to joining a major financial institution in St. Catharines. He has 4 years of providing insurance/financial advice for clients of various needs.

Education:
Umit has earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designations as well as having his life insurance, mutual fund and mortgage agent licenses. Prior to immigrating to Canada, Umit studied Mathematics in Turkey and is fluent in English, French and Turkish.

Associations:
Umit is a good standing member of Advocis, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada, and the Financial Planners Standards Council. He is also very involved in French and English community groups such as the Rotary Club of Welland, Welland Neighbourhood Project, United Way and L�Escale. In addition, Umit is on the Board of Directors for Rotary Club of Welland and the School of Philosophy Toronto and St. Catharines.

Heather Denoncourt
Administrative Assistant to Umit Eruysal

Work Experience:
Heather began working with Umit in 2009 at a major financial/insurance institution in St. Catharines, Ontario. Prior to this position, Heather spent 28 years as an Administrative Assistant with a major automotive company at various locations in Canada.

Education:
As a graduate of The University of Western Ontario, Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secretarial and Administrative Studies.
