Roger brings more than 35 years experience in the financial services industry. He is a recognized expert in investment, retirement and insurance planning.

Roger began his career in 1976 with a Maritimes-based life insurance company, acting as branch manager for several years. In 1985, Roger joined a national investment firm specializing in retirement and investment planning. He opened an independent financial planning organization in 1990 and joined DWM Securities Inc. in 1999.

In his career, Roger has helped build the portfolios of numerous value-conscious investors. He is continually upgrading his expertise, having earned the Certified Financial Planner designation in 2002 and his Elder Planning Counsellor designation in 2005.

Nadine joined Roger in 1996, after graduating from the Université de Moncton. Since then, she has continually upgraded her skills and services to provide strong insights to her clients and to the team. In 1996, she obtained her Life and Accident and Sickness Licence and in 1999 became licensed as an Investment Advisor. In 2000, she joined a national financial services organization in the role of trainer. Following the birth of her second son, she once again joined the team in August 2007 as an Associate Investment Advisor and Insurance Advisor.

She attained her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in February 2012.
