Our Planning Process

What to Expect from our Planning Process...
Step 1: Initial Inquiry When you contact us, we will provide a description of our services, philosophies, and methodology. If our services appear to fit your needs, we will schedule a Get Acquainted & Data Gathering Meeting. You will be asked to review our introductory materials, and a time will be scheduled for your first consultation.
Step 2: Get Acquainted & Data Gathering Meeting This meeting will take approximately 1 hour. The Get Acquainted Meeting is an opportunity for us to exchange information about your needs and objectives and further discuss which of our services are right for you. At this meeting we ask you to prepare and bring the Information Requirements which are on the next two pages of this document.
Step 3: Financial Plan Presentation & Portfolio Analysis This meeting will take approximately 1 to 2 hours. We will have prepared a comprehensive written document assessing your current and projected financial position while addressing your concerns, goals, and objectives. We will identify financial barriers and create solutions to overcome these barriers with a strong focus on tax efficiency and estate preservation. We will also analyze your current investment portfolio and give recommendations. We should be able to determine after this meeting if there is a good fit between our services and your objectives and if both parties agree, we will move on to the next step.
Step 4: Plan Implementation and Follow-Up Proper implementation is crucial to reaching your financial goals. Once you become a client our relationship will continue on an on-going basis. Your plan will be periodically reviewed and updated to ensure that your goals are on target and any changes in your situation are reflected. In order to do this effectively, it is important that you keep us abreast of any material changes to your situation prior to your annual plan review. Your portfolio will be reviewed on a semi-annual basis or as required to ensure that we are meeting our projected return and to make any changes that may be necessary. Communication is key to any successful relationship, and we will be readily available any time you have questions, concerns, or issues you wish to discuss. In addition, you will receive our quarterly newsletter, monthly emails, online access to your account, as well as invitations to educational seminars and workshops.
