Regular Communication: My clients remain fully informed about the progress of their portfolio as well as any important changes that may affect them. I have a strong commitment to client communication through regular newsletters, workshops, appreciation events, and personal calls and meetings. I make myself as accessable as possible. All telephone calls are returned by the next business day.

Monitoring: Each client's account is monitored regularly to take advantage of opportunities. In addition, each plan is reviewed at least once a year to make any necessary adjustments.

Investment Update Statements: Clients receive a summary of their performance on a regular basis. The format of this report is developed with the goal of minimizing confusion or misunderstanding about how to read and impart results.

Investment Philosophy: My investment philosophy is generally conservative in nature, but is built upon goals and risk tolerance of the client. Operating with the client's desires and comfort level in mind, a portfolio is structured to achieve a specific objective, without undue risk.
