Founded by Benefactor Ned Goodman of Dundee Corporation, The Goodman Institute at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business is the world’s first MBA in Investment Management with complete CFA integration. The Program is ideal for people who are interested in the finance industry and would like to improve their credentials while still maintaining their full-time job status. The Program is specifically designed to mirror all three levels of the CFA exam, it ensures that students are fully prepared to write their respective level exams every June.
Courses are taught on Wednesday evenings (6:30-9pm), as well as Saturdays (9am-3pm), in order to accommodate the work schedules of program candidates.
The MBA with CFA integration is the Institute’s flagship program. Other programs offered include the MIM (Master of Investment Management), designed for students who have already completed an MBA, and the DIM (Diploma in Investment Management), for students who are not interested in completing CFA requirements.
Courses are continuously evaluated and updated to reflect changes in the market. They are designed to expose students to current trends in investment management as well as innovative new tools. Core lecture material is developed in tandem with the Candidate Body of Knowledge™ (CBOK) from the CFA Program and the highest ethical and professional standards are emphasized throughout the curriculum.
